How do I find deals?
You can browse featured deals on our homepage, use the search bar to find specific products, filter by categories, or check out your personalized AI recommendations. Our smart algorithms also send email alerts for deals matching your interests. Our goal is to take the hassle out of everyday shopping by having our 24/7 AI systems bring you intelligently selected deals from various retailers.
How do deals work?
When you find a deal you like, click "Get Deal" to be redirected to the retailer's website where you can complete your purchase. The deal pricing and any coupon codes will be applied on the retailer's site.
Are the deals guaranteed to work?
Our advanced AI systems verify deals before posting from various retailers, but prices and availability can change quickly. While our sophisticated algorithms work 24/7 to maintain accurate information, there may be better deals available elsewhere that we haven't found. If you encounter an expired or non-working deal, please report it using our "Report Issue" feature so our systems can update or remove it promptly.

Do you know what I buy from stores?
No! SmartSteals does NOT track or know what specific items you purchase from retailers. When you click a deal link and shop at a retailer, your purchases are completely private between you and that store. We only receive general commission notifications (if applicable) but never see your order details, purchase history, or personal shopping information.
