The Gaiam Restore Mini Band Kit is a set of 3 mini resistance bands in light, medium and heavy allowing for progressive intensity and training from beginners to intermediate to advanced resistances. Loop bands are meant to help build muscle mass and increase mobility in the legs, hips, glutes / booty, ankles, calves and thighs (see massage guide for more info). The three levels of resistance allow for a customized workout, which is helpful for physical therapy and rehabilitation, as well as isolation booty band type exercises for the lower body.
