Each machine includes a complimentary welcome set with a range of Nespresso Vertuo capsules with unique aroma profiles. Nespresso Vertuo uses large capsule for coffee and small for espresso and has patented Centrifusion extraction technology reads barcode on the rim of compatible single-serve capsules and automatically sets brewing parameters. The Vertuo machine brews four cup sizes: 1.35 oz Espresso, 2.7 oz Double Espresso, 5.0 oz Gran Lungo, and 7.7 oz Coffee. Additional features include an adjustable tray, 40 oz. water reservoir, machine will automatically eject capsules after brewing; holds up to 17 use capsules. Heat up time of only 15-20 seconds and energy-saving automatic shutoff after 9 minutes of inactivity.
